Food is good and the staff are very accommodating, specially Lama Lo. Helped me cooked the meat as I was constantly on my phone to do work stuff. I like how the meat was served with label of the flavors in it and the seafood hotpot. I highly recommend.

Among the many restaurants on Aeon Tebrau, my husband chose this place to celebrate Father's Day. It was a fine choice. Food and service were both excellent! We ordered the signature set and the fried rice with cheese for 4 of us. The pork platter looked impressive, and the vegetables provided for the wrap were all fresh and crunchy. We felt so pampered with the staff cooking everything for us. The fried rice was cooked with much flair, right at our table. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

I've been to this outlet a few times, but this visit was easily the best thanks to Lamalo. He not only served us but also personally cooked the meats at our table, and he did an amazing job! His BBQ skills are top-notch. He paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was grilled to perfection. I was especially impressed with how he prepared the dragon pork belly I didn’t even know it could taste that good when cooked the right way. The seafood pancake was crispy and satisfying, and the soybean paste soup was rich and flavorful, with fresh seafood inside. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. That said, across all my visits, I’ve never once been given mouthwash or dental floss, just a funny observation! The management is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled team member like Lamalo. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, our family chose this BBQ restaurant to celebrate Father’s Day. We ordered the “Palsaik Signature Set” and got to try eight different flavors of pork belly — it was super special! The set also came with hotpot, and we chose the kimchi pork flavor. The spice level wasn’t too strong, and we all really enjoyed the soup! We also added their recommended “Dragon Pork Belly” and a vegetable pancake — both were absolutely delicious! While grilling the Dragon Pork Belly, the staff even showed us its cool shape so we could take some great photos. Totally worth it, haha! After the meal, when I went to behind wash my hands, I was surprised to find mouthwash and dental floss next to the sink. Such a thoughtful touch! (Especially after eating so much garlic and BBQ ) Huge thanks to all the staff who helped grill our meat even though they were super busy, and kept refilling our side dishes and soup. Really appreciate it — the service was amazing! This BBQ restaurant is highly recommended! I’ll definitely come again next time!
